My Dad, Mickey
Although you're not my birth dad, you've loved me since I was small,
The name “Dad” belongs to Mickey,
my father, the one who raised me… tall
A father is not the one whose blood runs through my veins.
He's the one who stayed by my side throughout my triumphs and pains.

So sorry to hear of Mickey's passing. I have so many nice memories of your Mom and Dad and my Mom and Dad, all of us, for so many years. Especially in Vermont when they would share going antiquing which they so much enjoyed. God Bless them all, together in heaven revisiting their lives adventures.
