Read MoreI grew up across the street from Dr. Segall. What a wonderful man. He always seemed to make me feel more than just a child that played with his kids. I remember him playing his guitar and listening to spanish language tv to teach himself a new language. He will always be a wonderful memory that I carry forever. Happy adventures in the next life!
