My condolences to the family. I just now saw the sad news of Sekou's too early passing. Sekou was a friend during high school. We often had lunch together, where I always enjoyed his sense of humor and insights about school and wider society.

My deepest condolences to the Hamilton Family, may God give you the strength and peace during this time.
Sekou you were always the sweetest, you had a gift of always making me smile. I will always cherish the memories of late night dinners with friend at Syracuse... May God bless you and keep you in his glory.

Sekou was not only one of my best friends, he was my brother. He was an amazing person and this world is truly a better place for Sekou having been part of it. I love you Sekou.

I had the pleasure of knowing him briefly when I lived in LA. We were neighbors in the same complex and he always struck me as sweet and gentle. I am so very sorry to hear of his passing and send his family my sincere condolences.

Sekou's Family,

My condolences on your loss. I found out about Sekou's passing through Facebook. Sekou and I were friends at Terraset Elementary, Langston Hughes, and South Lakes. We fell out of touch after high school, but remember him as smart, creative, upbeat and funny. In 4th or 5th grade, he and I made up a secret code for writing notes to each other. I still remember the code to this day.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Ruby, The news of Sekou's passing is heartbreaking. My memories go back to the happy child he was who never failed to charm us by always remembering and using adult's names, even those of us he saw only rarely. He truly brightened every day he visited our office. You and your family are in my prayers.

Ruby and Family, My deepest sympathy to you. I remember Sekou back in the good ole days at the National Academy. We had lots of fun. He was a pleasure to work with. May peace and blessings be with you.
