Suzanne and I were out of town and I just heard about Martin's death. Again...my thoughts are with you on this difficult day. I really wish I could have flown in, but my dad is not up to travel and I know he would have wanted to come. He was always asking me about how Martin as doing and this news was especially sad for him. I had some photos I wanted to upload from Martin & Eleanor's trip to see us in St. Louis in 1984. Marty&Deborah, Your,Dad,was one of the good guys.Years after you all lived on the,Eastern Shore,my brother,Clark&I never passed thru,Suffork,without checking on the,Martin Carter family.We always asked about the two of you & your,Mom.I remember my visit with you all from military school 1970.Your,Dad will be missed I'm sure and I regret not being in touch these last 15 years.Thinking of you.
