Read MoreSelma was the beloved friend of my mom, Thelma. As I live far from my mom, I was so appreciative of the dedicated friend she had in Selma. Whenever Selma visited Mom in Farmington Hills, I wouldn't get a daily phone call from mom, as she was out having fun with Selma. Deborah will remember Selma with love and prayer. May her memory be for a blessing.

It has been an honor to have known Selma as a member of both the Great Lakes Lace Group and Capitol Area Lacemakers. I was truly blessed by her extensive knowledge and experience in a wide variety of subjects. Her willing service for many years to the Capital Area Lacemakers will be greatly missed. I will especially miss her zest for life and the encouragement and interest she gave for every project I shared with her.
