Fran truly was one of a kind. God broke the mold when he created this loving and caring person. She loved my dad as if he were her own and treated him with love and respect for which I will be eternally grateful. I'll miss you Frannie.

I went through school, all the way, with Frances. We spent many days swimming at Elmwood, biking and playing. I have fond memories of her.
