Not sure what to say?

I would like to express my condolences to the Larson family. I worked with Sally for many years at Madison High School and remember her as a wonderful friend. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Mary Stack Lindsley

Dear Lynne and Lee Ann,
This is Christy Kilcup Allara from 63rd street. Mom (Bev) and I have been trying to find out where Sally lived for many years in order to send her a Christmas card.
I was so sad to see her obit in the paper, but what a wonderful obit and such a wonderful picture of your precious mom. We have so many memories of 63rd street and I hope you know how much your mom meant to my mom. I took the paper over to show Mom and she was so sad. Mom now lives at Willamette...

Lynne, Lee Ann, Herb, and Paul:

So very sorry to hear of Sally's passing. One can only take solace in the fact she got the most out of her 90 years. She holds a special place in my memory. Whether cooking up plates of food for the crew Steve would bring home, of which I was often a part, or running off to Portland Meadows on a hunch, she is a wonderful woman. Best to you and your families.

I first met Sally at Marshall High School in 1972. 10 years later I was blessed to reacquaint with her and Lucky at a family function at the Thorkildson's home in SE. I will never forget her kindness.

We remember Sally at Marshall HS. Ted was a student 60-64.
Joyce was a colleague 68-76. What a lovely friendly lady.

Lynne and Lee Ann -

Sorry to hear that your Mom has passed on to the next life. It has been a little more than a year since my Mom left us, and seeing the obituary today in the paper reminded me of the great times our families enjoyed together growing up. I know your Mom and my Mom were good friends, and they supported each other in their times of need. I know my Mom liked to hear your Mom's stories, and I'd like to think they are together again laughing and enjoying each other's...

I love you Grandma--you will always be in my heart. Thank you for teaching me to be a stronger person. I have a lot of fun memories with you I will forever cherish.
Until I see you again....

Lynne and Lee Ann

Lee Ann, I just saw this in the Oregonian this morning. I am so sorry. That is a sweet picture of your mom.
