Not sure what to say?

Serge was gracious and generous during my Downtowner days and was an example of a good human being.

Serge D'Rovencourt was exceptionally kind to me and my partner during my years as founding editor of the Downtowner, in Portland. He invited us to many events during the Portland Rose Festival and other occasions. He made us feel welcome and was generous of heart. He was one-of-a-kind as a person and as a hotelier. He has a wonderful family. - Maggi White

Serge was an e-mail friend and I miss getting his wise insights. RIP

I think of Serge often and miss him!
RIP my mentor and friend!

It is hard to believe that Serges passing is one. He is so missed by all especially the Lamb family.

A true professional that was a pleasure to work with at Hilton. My condolences to his family. Serge will live in the hearts of the many individuals he touched in his life. Rest in peace.

Serge and Magaly have been my cherished friends for over forty years. It is with great sadness I've learned of his passing. Their sharing of their lives with me has been one of my greatest blessings. My condolences to Magaly, Lisette, Jacques, Michelle and grandchildren in the loss of a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He adored all of you and was so very proud of each one of you. May he rest in peace. May his family take great comfort and joy in having had him so central in...
