When I first came to DHHS, I never knew the impact you would have in my life. I will always cherish the knowledge, support and humor that we shared during our brief time in this world together. You were kind, genourous and compasionate. You certainly left a lasting impression everywhere you went and I am sure you will make an everlasting impression wherever you are now. May God be with you and rest in peace Sergio. Your family was blessed to have you in their lives.

To Tio Sergio,
Though we grew apart you were always in my prayers and in my heart. You were always a big part of my life growing up and I wish we would have spent more time together when I became an adult. I just want you to know I love you and I am greatful for the things you have done for me. I will never forget you and how you always treated me with love. Tell Ito and Ita I love them and I miss them. Until we meet again.
