Seth was born on March 22, 1994 and passed away on Monday, April 29, 2019. Seth was a resident of Orlando, Florida at the time of passing. Seth was a graduate of Washington Community High School. Cremation rites have been accorded and a memorial visitation will be Friday, May 10, 2019 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Mason-White Funeral Home in Washington. Memorial Visitation at the Mason-White Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on May 10, 2019. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Seth Muzzarelli Memorial Fund established at Heartland Bank.
