Seth Polly

Seth J. Polly, age 20, of Lorain, passed away Thursday, August 21, 2008, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born in Elyria, and had been a lifelong resident of Lorain and Elyria. Mr. Polly was in charge of Maintenance for Washington Town Homes, Lorain and worked with his father at Dan and Sons Maintenance Company. He enjoyed racing dirt bikes and working on cars. He is survived by his daughter, Nevaeh Spurlock-Polly of Amherst, his mother Lisa Polly of Elyria, his father Dan Polly of Lorain, sister Carlie (Larry) Weiss of Lorain and brother Chad (Jessica) Polly of Lorain, maternal grandfather, Glenn Hall of Lancing Michigan, paternal grandparents, D.V. and Melda Polly of Lorain, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, a nephew and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Edith Hall in 2005. The family will receive friends Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at David Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville where services will be held at 11 A.M. Tuesday. Rev. Bill Fraley, Pastor of Enterprise Baptist Church, Elyria, will officiate. Burial will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Seth Polly Memorial Fund in care of any Fifth Third Bank Branch.
