Not sure what to say?

I just found out today that Dr. Wissner was deceased, as I was looking at my children's birth certificates and saw his name and googled his name. I worked with him as an RN at Deaconess Hospital and he was also my OB/GYN doctor, delivering my three children at Deaconess. He was so kind and patient. Such a great doctor as well. I did not realize he was born in 1922, but happy to know he lived a long and happy life.

I only recently learned of Dr. Wissner's passing. I ran for school board several times and each time when canvassing; I looked forward to walking up the steps to his home, patiently waiting until he answered then talking with Dr. Wissner his most recent travels, his joy of music(the grand piano) and just a great conversation having nothing to do with me trying to get his support. I graduated CHS a year after Seth; never knowing him well. My interactions with Dr. Wissner were truly genuine...

Dr. Wissner was a gentleman in every possible sense of the word.

My sincere sympathy to your family. I pray your father knows peace.

I am so happy that you are free to do whatever you want now and know that you were well loved by your daughter, Sarah and her husband, Tony! Rest in peace Dr. Wissner and to his family, my sympathy for your loss.

He was always so gracious. Even though he was weakening he would apologize for not being able to rise to greet you nor to talk for long. You really sensed he was your host.

Seth was a dear man, such a charmer who had a truly great soul. His smile was infectious. He was always interested in others. And, he did love music. He kept coming to the Symphony when others would have remained at home. I will miss his smile, his wit, and most of all him. To his children, may I say how very sorry I am for your loss.
