Dear Family, Friends, Colleagues, and Patients,

It has been just over a year since Dad passed away. On the anniversary of Dad's death, our uncle, John Garrison, also left this life. Also passing this past year were our uncle, Tom Hamall, and friend Tom Corrigan. Their lives have touched us and helped to shape us. My wish for all of us is that we cherish our memories and continue to grow and develop to our fullest potential.

To each person who has left a message about Dad, thank you. I always knew that you and so many others were an important part of his life and passion. Please know that your thoughts are comforting and your words are treasured gifts. To keep Dad's memory and work alive let us live our lives well, give when we can, and receive when we are in need.

Dr. Ambrosio had a gift as a doctor. He really loved people and people loved him. He knew how to diagnose problems and was very talented at that. He was my family's doctor for forty years here in Madison Park. His kind of doctor will be greatly missed. Thelma Faye Prince

Dr. Ambrosio was the only doctor I truly felt I could trust growing up. He was a good hearted man, and he helped me get through some of the hardest years of my life. May he find peace and happiness on the next part of his journey.

Dr Ambrosio had patience of a Saint, and Knowledge of a Scholar,that is how he will be remembered.

Dr. Ambrosio will be missed by all. He took care of our whole family for over 50 years. We could always count on getting well fast if we were seen by Dr. at home or in his office. He was a great doctor who earned our respect and love. May God bless him and those he loved always.

We are saddened to learn about Dr. Ambrosio's passing. I can remember when I first met him. He came to our home to care for my sister. She is now over 50 years old. One of six of us. He had remained our Family Physician for all those years until he retired. We had the utmost faith in all his advice. What a wonderful doctor he was. The world has suffered a great loss. May God bless him and those he loved. He will truly be missed by all.
