Seymour Leslie

I will never forget the very wonderful relationship he had with both my parents, Ira and Doris. Both Cy and Barbara were with us at so many special times in my family’s life, going back 39 years to my own wedding. Cy’s death is an especially sad one. I can only imagine how much all of you will miss him.

Cy was a gentleman and a gentle man, deeply committed to his Judaism, his community and most of all to his family. He was indeed a person to emulate. His loss will be felt by many.

We met Cy through our connection to the Ravich Family. He was most gracious to "new family" members.Our deepest sympathies to both the Leslie and Ravich families.

The sad news came as a great shock to me having known Cy and having the memories of his friendship and partnership with my late husband Charles. May his memory be a blessing to all his family and those who are the beneficiaries of his generosity.

Cy was a great and generous lifelong friend to our family. He was a fine man and we will miss him. Our thoughts go out to Barbara and all of the Leslie family.

He was a tower of strength to almost every Jewish charity in NY. May his memory serve as a blessing to all.
