Not sure what to say?

I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Judge Margulies and on behalf of our family I extend our wrmest sympathies. May he Rest In Peace.

Dear Margulies Family,

Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Seymour.

It is with great sadness that I heard of Seymour's passing this afternoon at the Overlook Hospital's Cardiac Rehab facility. Seymour and I had many great discussions over the years during which both of us exercised there. He had a great and brilliant mind, and always managed to inject some of his incredible wit into many of our conversations. I will miss him.

May Seymour's memory...

To Dear Jean and the entire Marglies Family,

Judge Margulies was the finest, most wonderful person I have ever met. I worked with him for five years when he was on the Civil and Criminal Benches in Jersey City. Everyday with the Judge and his staff was a learning experience I shall never forget. He had such a wonderful personality and was such a tremendous influence on me and all of the lawyers and people he came in contact with. He was truly one of a kind. I shall never forget his...

Great guy. Great Judge. We were lucky to have him.

To the Margulies Family...

I met Judge Margulies over 20 years ago, through Lynne Arricale who was his administrative assistant for 5 years. Lynne always told me that working for the Judge was the best 5 years of her career.

Judge Margulies asked me to represent him in the sale of a condominium he and Mrs. Margulies owned in Jersey City and I got to know him quite well during that process, as well as the times I visited his chambers/office.

A fine, fair, kind, brilliant...

Seymour will always be one of the most honorable and interesting people I've ever known. Every encounter with him was a learning experience.

On Friday afternoon, Kathy and I were in an antique store in Lancaster and I bought two books, one on the Scopes trial and the other on the Wilde trial. I thought I'd write Seymour to see if he'd like to read one while I read the other. When we returned to our hotel I opened the e-mail from the Bar Association and learned of his death. Seymour was that rare combination of great intellect and great humanity and I will miss him deeply. We are in Oregon now, and I will not be able to pay my...

My heartfelt condolences to Jean and the family. I was a guest at your beautiful wedding to Seymour so many years ago. What a great guy! I thought you were the prettiest bride I had ever seen. God Bless

I will always remember Seymour, he was a great boss, a friend and he married me and Bill 18 years ago. Jean, Judy, David and Andrea - he'll be missed by many.
