I just found out, I will miss you bud, we went through basic training, AIT, and our first duty station together at Friedberg Germany, then I ran into you again 15 years later at Ft Benning when we went to the Iraqi war together, I will truly miss you, my condolences to your family I never had the pleasure of meeting, may you rest in peace through our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, love you bud, SSG retired, Christopher Phifer

Stephen was my best friend since he moved to Barstow in the 5th grade. We were together always until the day he enlisted in the Army. I will miss him and remember all the great times we had. I will see you again my friend. I love you like a brother.
