To the family and friends of Shahin Fatemi~ We are deeply saddened to hear of Shahin's passing. Shahin was a very dear friend of our family and so sweet to us and our children. Shahin, or "Chef Shahin" as we so fondly new him befriended us in 1994 when we moved to the Virgina area with Hyatt Hotels. He took us into his home with his closest family and made us feel welcome. Dear Kitty, Johnny, Shahram, and the entire Fatemi family,
I am so very shocked and saddened to hear of the loss - the tremendous loss - of Shahin. Little else has been on my mind. It is terribly difficult to find the proper words, but what I can say is that I know he absolutely adored all of you, and I hope you can find comfort in your memories and the thought that his horrendous suffering is now over.
