Shaiquen Shamir Brown

Shaiquen Shamir Brown, age 20, oldest child of his parents, the late Terrence Padmore and Nishay Brown, departed this life Thursday, September 3, 2015. "Buda" as he was affectionately called by his family and friends, was caring, kind, and considerate. Shaiquen was educated in the Wilmington Public School System and lastly attended Mount Pleasant High School. When not spending time with his family and friends, Shaiquen could be found playing basketball, playing video games, or watching his favorite television show, The Walking Dead. When needed t elax, Shaiquen would read a book or eat Red Velvet Cake. When entering a room, it was hard not to notice Buda either by him wearing his favorite color of red or by his smile that would always brighten up a room. Buda was a dedicated father of two. HIs spirit will continue to thrive through the life of Samiyah Feliciano and Cevion Brown. Not only did he love his children, but he loved all his family. He would constantly remind his aunts with text messages saying Hey Auntie" just to le them know he was thinking of them. Upon departure of this world, Shaiquen was about to strike upon a successful careet. He hust had a positive interview with Men's Warehouse, hoping to help take care of his family and friends. He wanted everyone he loved be successful. He is reunited with his fahter, the late Terrence Padmore, his grandfather, the late Carlos Padmore, and his uncle, the late Carlos Padmore, Jr. He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Nishay Brown; children, Samiyah Feliciano and Cevion Brown; grandparents, Joanne Padmore and Diane Brown; siblings, Xakirah Padmore, Timothy Padmore, Raequan Stevens, Sin'cer Dillard, Ya'mir Brown, and DeShay Chase; aunts, La'Twania Padmore-Fleming, Shanell Padmore, Joysetta "Joy" Ray, Shameika Brown, Keyhonna Brown, and Stanisha Davis; uncles, Ti'Gee Padmore and devoted uncle, Anthony Fleming; cousins, Tabrina, Diamond, Mirrdy, Poppy, and Keyhon; mother of his children, Carmen Feliciano and Ijohn Williams; special fiend and girlfriend, Khalee Woolbright, and a host of cousins, and friends.
