Burkhart Funeral Home - Crawfordsville Obituary

Shandol Lea Dulin, 60, of Crawfordsville passed away peacefully on Tuesday July 10th, in her home surrounded by loved ones, after a short but valiant battle with lung cancer.
She was born on March 18, 1958 to Thomas and Muriel Scott. She attended Crawfordsville High School, where she graduated 10th in her class in 1976. Shandol went on to have 3 children, and married the love of her life, David Dulin, on February 11th, 2004.
Shandol touched many lives throughout her community and the recovery community as well, frequently volunteering at the AWL, The Hub, and sponsoring several women in their recovery journey.
She was employed by the Crawfordsville District Public Library, where she was loved dearly by her coworkers and patrons.
She was a member of Calvary Chapel Church; and she enjoyed nature, yoga, reading, helping others, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She leaves behind her loving husband David Dulin, parents Thomas and Muriel Scott, Sister Cheryl (Mike) Summers, Children Shawn (Elizabeth) Rector, Kelsie Robinson, Keegan (Scott) Fox, their fathers, a niece Brandy (Mark) Albright, and grandsons Cash Reed and Franklin Fox.
A Celebration of life will be held on Friday August 3 from 5-8pm at Calvary Chapel. Family and Friends are invited to this evening of fellowship to celebrate her life and share kind words with Pastor Dave Keesee officiating.
