Shane "Slim" Breeden, 30, of Elkwood, died Friday, February 15, 2008, at Fairfax Inova Hospital in Falls Church. He was born December 24, 1977 in Culpeper to Carl Jackson Breeden and Sharon Breeden Fincham. Mr. Breeden worked in the landscaping business. He enjoyed playing cards, hunting and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his parents, his other dad, Doug Fincham, and his step mother, Subrena Breeden. Additional survivors include his girlfriend, Amy Wilcox, and her daughter, Nea Simpson. He is also survived by two sisters, Aleshia Pullen and Tabbitha Foosnes and Tabbitha's husband, Corey Foosnes, and two brothers, Tony Breeden and Rob Breeden and Rob's wife, Jennifer. Other survivors include a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Feb. 19, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike,Culpeper. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 20, at 11 a.m. in the Found and Sons Chapel with Pastor Judy Carlson officiating. Interment will follow at Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery in Lignum. Pallbearers will be Ronte Robinson, Bob Jackson, Lamont Butler, Chris Pullen, Brian Jenkins, Stacy Settle, and Kyle and Kevin Myers. An online condolence book is available at foundandsons.com.
