Not sure what to say?

I have the fondest memories of Shane from our days at New York's Q104.3, especially his love for the Knicks. I like to think Shane is smiling big time now that, for the first time in 25 years, the Knicks are advancing to the Eastern Conference Finals. Shane...they beat the Celtics for you. I'll think of you as I cheer for them against the Pacers. You were a joy during my time at Q, and I always appreciated you dropping in during the night after a promotional event. You are missed.

Josh, Jeanine, Katie, Margaret - I love you all so much and I'm so sorry for such a terrible loss. I wish you peace and hope in the coming days as you adjust to life without Shane. So heartbreaking.

I had the joy of working with Shane at Q-104.3. during the mid-90's. I was on air for the overnight programming and Shane often stayed late and would keep me company. He loved talking about the Knicks. Shane was sweet, funny and had the most beautiful adventurous spirit. I thoroughly enjoyed his friendship. My heart aches for this early transition. My faith believes he's with God. I wish Shayne's family peace, comfort and in time, may your tears be replaced with the joys of fond memories. ...

Sending our prayers and love

Dear family of Shane - I am so sorry for your loss and send my deepest condolence. I remember Shane as one of the young children growing up and having fun at Glen Road, a special place where children loved to play together. RIP Shane. Connie DeLaurentis
