Shane was born on August 20, 1999 and passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2016. Shane was a resident of South Park, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. Family and Friends will be received on Wednesday May 18 2016 from 2-4 6-9 pm and Thursday May 19 2016 from 2-4 6-9 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Inc. 301 Curry Hollow Road Pleasant Hills Pa 15236. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on May 20 2016 at 10 am at Nativity Church. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Phillips family. In lieu of flowers please donate to the South Park High School Football Boosters.

Kim, Although you don't know me, I unfortunately have been sharing in your pain as I too lost a teenage son 14 years ago this month. My son's name is Eric Horvath and he had just graduated from Bethel Park High School. I think about you everyday when I walk by your home on my daily walk.
