Shane was a great friend and an absolute pleasure to work with .. he always made everything very interesting and humorous and made our job fun at all levels ... it is extremely sad to hear he has passed but we all know he is in a better place now ... my sympathy to Claire and family... he will absolutely be missed .....

Some of my best memories of working at the airline were with Shane. He was intelligent, honest and had a great sense of humor. It was always a pleasure to be around him. My condolences to Claire and the rest of the family.
