ROWE, Shannon Marie, age 28, of Richmond, Va., went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 29, 2010. Shannon graduated from Atlee High School in 2000, J. Sargeant Reynolds in 2002, and most recently attended Virginia Commonwealth University. She was employed by the Henrico County Police Department and was an active member of Fairmount Christian Church. She is survived by her parents, Michael Rowe, of Richmond, Va. and Maureen Lepp of Bismarck, N.D. Also surviving are a son, Noah Stephen, and a fianc‚, Matthew R. Regensburg, both of Richmond, Va. She is also survived by her three beloved brothers, Matthew O. Rowe (wife, Jen, and son, Gabriel), of London, England; Michael P. Rowe (wife, Heather), of Richmond, Va., and Stephen W. Rowe (Joy), of Daytona Beach, Fla.; and grandparents, Marvin and Myrtle Lepp of Lehr, N.D. and Frederick and Anne Rowe of Richmond, Va. Visitation is Wednesday, June 2, 2010 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Bliley's - Staples Mill, 8510 Staples Mill Road. A celebration of Shannon's life will be held Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Fairmount Christian Church, 6502 Creighton Road, Mechanicsville, Va. Interment to be private.
