Just thinking of you. Even to this day I still look up to you.

I miss you everyday :( I wish you could've met my two beautiful children so they could experience how big your heart is and how much love you had to give. You spoiled me rotten like I was your daughter and I loved you as if you were my dad and I was just lucky to have two that loved me. My parents miss you too. You taught me a lot of things and watched me grow from the age of 5-15. My kids will know all about your sacrifice for this country but most of all how good of a person you were and...

To the family and friends of Staff Sgt. Shannon V. Weaver:
Always remembering Shannon. "Some gave all."

I still think about you everyday, miss you big brother.

I think about my friend and brother in arms SSG Shannon Weaver often. The tragic events of that day still play in my head. Shannon led his patrol in prayer before they left that day like he did so many times before. Not only was he a great friend but a true inspiration to so many of his soldiers and peers. He will be loved and missed and will always be in our hearts. My thoughts and prayers are with Desiree' and the rest of Shannon's family.
