Not sure what to say?

I had just gotten to know Sharon the past few years as I worked at the high school during the summer. She had a great sense of humor and it made my day when she greeted me at the door when I came to work.

I appreciated her computer skills and was so impressed at how much she knew. We shared many an anxious moment as we tried to hook up the school community to the internet from their homes. We didn't know there were so many computer problems involved in hooking up everyone using...

Sharon & I were friends and classmates at Portland High. I remember her smile, laughter and what a wonderful friend she was to all who knew her. Her passing leaves this world a sadder place. Those of us who were privilaged to know Sharon are left fuller, happier people for having known her. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Suzanne [Ward} Pendergast

Colleen and Nancy,

Your sis was the greatest. I will never forget that smile and wonderful personality. I have missed not being greeted by her at the office or on the phone; joking around with her, talking about our families and the like. I always say she was the reason I ended up teaching here.
My heart and prayers go out to you and your families. May God be with you.

To Sharon's family our thoughts and prayers go out. Sharon was a very special friend during our years at Portland schools. Always smiling and making everyone's day a little brighter. She will be missed, but never forgotten. Jim Bandfield, Portland High School Class of 1966
