Sharon Shigeko Kiyama Kaohi

Aloha. I did my Observation/Participation and Student Teaching with Sharon in 1978-79 at Kaimuki High School. She showed me techniques and approaches which I continued to use in 40+ years of teaching mostly overseas; two of which were to be reflexive in my approaches and to teach with joy. It's been a while, Cousin. Although time, distance and every day life keeps us apart, knowing you were there for all of us makes me even grateful to have known you as a relative. Rest in peace and keep an eye on the rest of us.

Sharon and Howard was such a joy to be with. They were always kind. They will be remembered with lotsa love and aloha. Howard was a FA with me. He was such a fun person to work with. He did everything with Sharon. That is why us , ual FA, know her as well.
