KEENER, Sharon - Of Flint, age 69, died Saturday, April 7, 2007 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral service will be held at 1PM Thursday, April 12, 2007 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Jerry Lerche officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park. Those desiring may make contributions to the family. Visitation 3-8PM Tuesday, 2-8PM Wednesday and 11AM Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Sharon was born in Flint, Michigan on December 31, 1937, the daughter of the late Cal and Katherine Hook and was a resident of the Flint area all of her life. She enjoyed camping, bingo and most of all spending time with her family. Surviving are her 6 children, Terrie and husband Ron Hughes of Kentucky, Howard Keener, Jr., Kelly and husband Dan Johnson, Peggy Keener, all of Flint, Sherry Keener and fiancé Rob Swanson of Gaines and Joshua Keener of Flint; 7 grandchildren; brother, Terry and wife Maryann Hook of Holland.
