My prayers and condolences to the Page family

I know this is late, but when I heard the news about Sharon, it broke my heart. I grew up with Punkin on Sanford Ave. and Abbostsford Ave. in the Vailsburg area. We attended elementary school and Vailsburg High before it closed down in 1988. I used to go to church with Sharon and her mother and sing on the church choir. Sharon and I had our ups and downs growing up in our teenage years, but no matter what, she always treated me like a sister. It was Sharon and the "Sanford Ave." crew who...

I watched Sharon grow up on Chadwick, raise wonderful and respectful children, and I never thought I would be sending my love and condolences to her family. She has always been like a niece to me. My family and I are here for the Page Family in your time of need.

God Bless the Page family in their time of sorry. Sharon you been through alot, and remained strong and positive trusting in God. The struggle is over and your new journey begins. May you rest in peace! Love, your God sister Roxanne

I had the pleasure of meeting and knowing Sharon as a teenager on Chadwick Avenue. While we were teenagers, she always had an infectious appetite for life. Although we both moved on, myself by relocating to the ATL., we remained in contact with each other over the years. She would keep me in the loop about what was happening in "Brick City". When I returned back home I would be sure to visit her and we just talk about life, especially her potential move to GA. I guess it never happened...

Thank you for blessing me with one of the greatest friends in my life. I'll miss your jokes and prodding of my dating life lololololol. Rest peacefully.
