My grandma had such a big heart and loved our family so much. She would treat our whole family to a trip for a week every summer. Those were such great times and wonderful memories. I miss having time with the whole family together! I miss you grandma Sharon! Very much!

I worked with Sharon for many years at the VA and I have very fond memories of her. She had a great sense of humor and often talked about her family and how she loved the coastal retreats. When ever the work load would be unsurmountable Sharon is the one that would buckle down with her "get it done" attitude. I often thought of Sharon and hoped she was enjoying her much deserved retirement. She was truly a special person and I will always remember the laughs we shared when we were "cubie...

My mother Margaret Rasmussen had the pleasure of working with Sharon at the VA in Roseburg and I had the pleasure of working with Sharon for 30 years in Portland. Sharon was one of the most dedicated employees I ever met, we used to refer to her as the workhorse. She could really get the work done! Sharon was such a gentle soul and it saddens me to hear of her passing. God bless the family and friends.
