Not sure what to say?

I really miss Sharon's books. I've read everyone and loved them all. Nancy Bissell

Sharon brought the past to life in her many books. She was wonderful to me when I had my stroke and arranged to send kindle versions of her many books.she will never be forgotten

I was deeply shocked to read of Sharon's passing. Life is full of odd twists and turns. I first read Sunne as a young man recently moved from the UK to Texas. What a magical talent she had, and from that point forward, I couldn't wait to read everything published. I wrote to Sharon over 30 years ago and she wrote me back. She lived in a strange, other worldy place called Mays Landing. Fast forward 30 years and I live not 20 minutes away undoubtedly passing by SKP many times in everyday...

I am grieved to hear of the loss of one of my favorite authors. I have rarely read a book I enjoyed more than "The Sunne in Splendour", nor one more influential in my life as it led me to a lifelong interest in the Plantagenets. I have every one of her books on my shelves. May she Rest In Peace, and prayers and best wishes to her family and friends.

I just read about Ms. Penman's passing. I am just so sad. She was one of my favorite authors and I have read all her books and have all of them on my book shelves. I couldn't bear to part with them. Not to be able to read a new book by her makes me so unhappy. I will continue to have my memories of reading and loving her books. Thank you Sharon. Nancy Bissell, Berkeley,CA

I just learned of Sharon Penman's passing the other day. Never have I been so devastated by the death of am author. I could not put her books down. The Plantagenet books were very readable; they just flowed. I was thrilled to find that she had a new book. Devastated that Land Beyond is her last. I wish I could have met her.

I am a reader and fan of Ms. Penman's books. Many years ago, I read Here Be Dragons. During COVID, I purchased every single other book she wrote and read them all. She was my company during the lock down to the point that I felt very connected with her. I am as deeply sad as if I had lost a friend, for in fact, I have. So sorry for all her family. What a bright soul. She shone through every page.

I am so sorry to hear of Sharon´s death. I discovered her works a little over a year ago and have found her writing amazing. She brought history to life for me and through her have understood it as never before. She was the best. My deepest sympathies to all who loved her.

My first cousin Sharon was a special person from my childhood long before she became a famous author. I remember her as an intelligent girl, quiet and kind. Summers, she and her family came to visit ky relatives in nelson and marion counties near Bardstown and Loretto, Ky. Often her mother Aunt Theresa, kindly sent boxes of Sharon and Billy's outgrown clothing to my family. I was closest to Sharon's age (we were 1 yr apart in age) so was the lucky recipient of her outfits.
