I lived on Cornell Drive near Gettysburg and attended Cornell Heights. I remember the day that Sharon went missing and I've thought about her from time to time over the years, wondering whatever happened to her. I can't imagine the grief her loved ones have experienced. God Bless and may her soul be @ peace. Beverly Holloway

I lived in the Dayton View neighborhood near her, she was in my 6th grade class at Cornell Heights, she was always so nice to me and she was a very special person, and she delivered our newspaper to my family........an angel..........Monica (Smith)....

Mrs. Pretorious, I lived around the ocrner from you when everything happened, and I worked with you at Dunbar. Through all of these years, I never forgot. Memories are visions of the past. I wish you great and happy memories of a love that can never be taken from you. May God bless you all.

I was a classmate of Doug's at Fairview High School and remember when Sharon disappeared. I have thought of her over the years and wondered if she had ever been found. I hope that the service went well and brought your family some closure as you honored her memory. Sharon will forever remain in...

Sharon always had a way of making others smile. She was a good friend. Sharon will always be in our hearts and the Pretorius family in our prayers.

My sincere thoughts and prayers have been and will continue to be with you always.

I remember Sharon from grade school at Cornell Heights. I was new to the neighborhood then and was not doing good at making new friends. On a field trip to the circus I forgot my lunch and Sharon was the only person that noticed. She shared her lunch with me that day and I became her instant friend. That first year at a new school became a lot better with Sharon. We use to meet at her house on Cornell and walk to Camp Fire Girls meeting together. (One of the best parts of going to Camp Fire...
