I met Sharon on 07/29/1990, my first day in the office at Parker Hannifin. Her gentle, smiling kindness helped me, a factory rat, "crossing the wall" into the tough world of sales & customer service. Sharon was genteel. She loved collecting elephants and hat boxes. We were birthday buddies. I will miss her for forever. Penny Browning Baker
