Kiser both of Sebring, FL, sister: Sandra Simms; brothers: Richard Spitler, Scott, Greg, Rob, and William Tracy; grandchildren: Michael Durkin; Ian and Cadin McRoy and 2 great-grandchildren. There will be a graveside service on Sunday March 9, 2014 at 12:00pm at Pellicer Creek Cemetery in St. Augustine, FL
