ALEXANDER, SHARRON– A beautiful Mother and Warrior. Sharron Judy Alexander, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday September 17th.
Funeral service will be held at 2pm Wednesday, September 24,2025, at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Pastor Harold Schneider officiating.
Visitation will be from 11am Wednesday until the time of service at the funeral home.
She was a girl from Owendale, Michigan, born on May 12, 1940, to Roland and Mary (Kisner) Kretzschmer.
Sharron made her way to Flint Michigan in the early 1960s. She earned her degree in accounting. Sharron was a very loving mother of 4 children Todd, Tony (Tricia), Thomas, and Mary, grandmother of two Carly (Stephen) and Olivia, great-grandmother of Brody and Aspen Rose. Sister to Barbara June Scharich, Aunt to Don, Brenda, Tracy, and Scott.
A caring friend, devout Christian, and local small business owner of Alexander's Accounting and Tax Service in Flint and who served the people in her community for decades. Sharron was also a proud member of the NACW. Here she met other small businesswomen owners and attained the skills to expand her business. Through her life, she touched the hearts of everyone she met.
I witnessed her overcome every obstacle that came her way, with the fear of what's to come, grace in finding power and strength to a resolution; all through her faith in God who paved her way.
She married her true love James Baltes in 1995 and spent 13 wonderful loving years together until he passed from cancer in 2008. Now reunited together again in our Lord's heavenly kingdom forever. Todd Alexander and Scott Scharich, both preceded her in death.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her name to either charity of: Genesee County Animal Control, or Genesee County Humane Society.

So sad to see Sharon leave this earth but glad that see lived such a fruitful Life. I had both business and personal dealings with her for over 30 years and found a person with a great deal of integrity and loyalty. Her memory will linger for a long time condolences to Mary and the family.

Our deepest sympathy to Sharron's family. She was a wonderful woman. We had our laughs along the way. I'll never forget when you flipped the finger at my father in law. That was classic ❤
May you rest in peace Sharron.
