Shawn L. Blake

Shawn L. Blake passed away September 7, 2010 at Memorial Hospital. She is survived by children, Lauren and Nathan, and mother, Jo Anne Sube. She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald (Jerry) Sube. At her request there will be no services.
