Not sure what to say?

So sorry to hear about this. He was my drill sgt at Benning in 2003. Great dude, squared away

Hello, We wanted to let your family and friends know that we are sending Care Packages to deployed troops this week and some of these will be dedicated to your loved one. Each package will carry the name, photo and hometown of US Army Sgt. 1st Class Shawn Christopher Dostie. We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals from across the American youth hockey...

I never knew Shawn personally but he seemed like an amazing father who definitely will be missed. I hope he was a Christian, because it would be so nice to see him again for you all. Just know I am praying for you all. I know he passed over 15 years ago, but still, i feel your pain and am praying continuously. My father died in 2010, when I was only 7, so it's been really hard:( . Just know my prayers and thoughts are with you all

Thank you for giving me the greatest gift ever. We love you beyond measure. Happy Fathers Day my love.

Blessings to Shawn's family. I lost my Shaun, also from Ft. Campbell, 2010. The hardest thing a family can be is a Gold Star one
