This morning I lay awake thinking about you Mr. Shawn. If I had only known that Sunday when I took you to the store to grab a couple of things..that would have been the last day to see you smile or hear your voice! My heart is sadden, but I pray that you are at peace. Always having kind words and helping out any body that came in your path. Even just knowing you for a short time, felt like forever. I'm so fortunate to have known Shawn. I enjoyed many of the best times in my life w/him,ever since High School. He introduced me to the early 90's Baltimore club/music scene. I was instantly hooked & attended many of these raves w/Shawn & his then girlfriend Karen. He used to help the club promoter sell cassette tapes & T shirts. I met Shawn on the Good Shepard football field one fall day in the mid 80's. We were practicing, full pads and this guy hit me as hard as he could, even though I was on his team and the quarterback/leader.
