Not sure what to say?

She was a wonderful young lady and joined our Lord much too young. Her Fairmont Elementary School PE teacher in the early 1970s,
Dr. Robert J. Phelps.

With tears in my eyes, I write this. Mrs. Knutson was my kindergarten teacher in 1991 and my first grade teacher in 92 at Woodsboro Elementary in Anaheim.
She touched my heart so much, I have never forgotten all through the years, of her love and patience with me and her encouraging words. just last night I was telling my 5 year old daughter about Mrs. Knutson and how she loved me her own and was the very best teacher ever,so I decided to try to find her today. To my extreme dismay, to...

Shawn Was a wonderful teacher at woodsboro elementary school. She was a friend and mentor to my daughter from kindergarten until tiffanie graduated from High school. Shawn loved her boys dearly. I will miss you shawn for helping my Tiffie. You are missed!

Mike and family, I am so sorry to hear about Shawn's passing. She was my daughter, Lisa's Kindergarten teacher in 1989. Shawn was the most WONDERFUL teacher my then shy, five year old daughter ever could have had and, she was equally as special with parents as well. I don't know that the...

Shawn was a superior 3 sport varsity athlete at Esperanza H.S. She excelled at volleyball, basketball and track. Shawn thank you for all the awesome memories you gave the class of '82. The sky is shining a little brighter with a Superstar like you in heaven.

Shawn was an amazing woman and truly an inspiration to so many! Our deepest sympathy and prayers go out to Mike and the boys. May God bless and comfort them.

Shawn (Sturgeon) Knutson & Ann (Warmus) Radcliffe Esperanza Volleyball 1981

It is truly difficult to believe you are no longer with us on Earth, but rejoice for you as you have reached your home with Jesus. I have fond memories of playing volleyball with you at Esperanza and against you in college! Then to imagine the best case scenario for my kids, you became the Vice Principal then Principal at Fairmont!! Shawn helped us with several situations at school and our family is truly grateful. All of us are blessed to have known you, your love for your family, your love...

Mrs. Knutson,
You were the best principal I ever had.
I will miss you and always remember you. You will always live in our hearts and prayers.

Shawn was such a special person. I will never forget her warmth, caring, intelligence, humor, and ability to remain calm. She was always supportive and one of the best administrators I have ever worked with. She will be truly missed. My heart, thoughts, and prayers go out to her family and friends.
