Not sure what to say?

I also have great memories of Shawn and I backpacking around the Pacific Northwest. One memory strikes me whenever I pack my first-aid kit, because Shawn was breaking in some new boots on a backpack trip along Thunder Creek, and he developed blisters. He just sat down and got to work taping up his feet best he could with my entire kit of bandages! Now, I always try to keep my first-aid kit well stocked as I think on this amusing memory of him and his adventurous spirit.

I am so sorry to hear about this. Shawn was an awesome guy and I have nothing but great memories about him. A lot of great times hanging out during and outside of Bridge events. My favorite memory is when he drove up in his brand new sports car. You will be missed, Shawn!

It had been too long since I last saw Shawn, but I remember our "Bridge" days fondly. Shawn was funny and easy going, he had a deep spirit and an easy laugh. I have a fond memory of Shawn doing a cover of a Van Morrison song for a karaoke night at one of our gatherings, and doing it brilliantly. My prayers are with his close friends and family.

We always enjoyed Shawn's great sense of humor and all the fun times hanging out at the Pences. God bless you my friend.

We only had the priviledge of knowing Shawn for a few short years before we lost contact with each other. During those years, we laughed and enjoyed life to the fullest with Shawn as a part of every memory. Thank you Shawn for your friendship, your advice, and your always faithful guitar ready to make us smile with a beautiful song.
Love your friends,
Lydia, Jackie, Bobby and Shane

Shawn was a great friend. I will always smile when I think of the backpacking trips and hikes we used to take. Shawn would bring everything but the kitchen sink! You will be missed.

I have known Shawn, since the 9th grade. He truly was an all around good guy and friend. Thank you for many memories & good times. I will truly miss his smile and laughter. My thoughts & prayers are with his family.

Shawn, I am thankful we experienced a lot of life together over the last 7 years. You are a loyal friend, and always quick to support me in life's big and small moments. And we shared a lot of laughter, for which I cannot thank you enough. I will miss you.
