Not sure what to say?

I started working with Shawn around 2000. We were in the middle of one of the most difficult programs I could ever imagine. Timing and technical issues were crushing the spirit of the entire team. Shawn was a rock. He was calm upbeat and carried a huge load for the company and lead us to technical success. I´ve always respected Shawn. This exceptional mix of technical excellence and leadership was a joy to be around. We will all miss Shawn. May he Rest In Peace.

Shawn was my internship supervisor summer 2020, and was one of the reasons I come back to work for Ford. I wish I could have met him in person and thanked him for getting me this job. Even through only virtual interactions, I could tell he was an amazing person. My prayers and condolences to the family.

Shawn was my first supervisor when I joined Ford as an FCG in 2017. I learned so much from him during that first rotation. My condolences to the family.

Krista, Isabelle, Aiden and all of Shawn's family members; I was so shocked and saddened to hear about Shawn passing away. Shawn touched many people in such a positive way and we all share your grief. Shawn was hired into Tenneco (Walker Manufacturing in those days) in the group I worked in after he graduated from college. He was an intelligent, witty, respectful and kind man whose strengths were used to uplift, help and serve others in true humility. I had the pleasure to continue to work...

I´m so sorry to learn of Shawn´s passing. I worked with Shawn at Ford, I will miss his intelligence and wit. The Norman family is in my prayers.

I worked with Shawn for many years at Ford and and deeply shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. Condolences to the family at this very sad time.

Sending my deepest condolences, I'm very saddened to learn the news of Shawn's passing. Praying for Shawn's family during this difficult time.

I only had the privilege of working with Shawn for a short time in his newest role as Cell Integration Supervisor at Ford. Even in that short time it was apparent to me that he had a rare mix of intelligence and warmth that makes for an extraordinary team mate and leader. My deepest condolences to the family during this difficult time.
