Not sure what to say?

Shawn, you are so missed. May God bless your family Always!

Shawn had a respectful demeanor to his patients and was requested by them. He was a tough nurse to follow because he was so highly regarded by his clients. They always seemed disappointed when he had a day off. Janis Kerberick RN

Sending our heartfelt sympathies to the family of my good friend Shawn L. Turner. Shawn was always competitive growing up, he challenged me in wrestling a few times. Lol The last time I was home, we did get the chance to see him and talk with him for while. Prayers to the family. He will be missed.

My heart is broken at your passing, but rejoicing that you're in the presence of God and surrounded by your many loved ones that have gone on before you - Grandma and Grandpa Shaw, your other Grandmother, Ms. Deloma, Great-Aunt, Alma Jackson and Aunts-Roberta, Cecilia, and many others that loved you and I'm sure greeted you! Gone too soon, but never forgotten

May you rest in Power "Shawn Turner", your eternal light will shine on through halls of the VA medical center JC

As a nurse with Shawn, I vividly remember when bed alarms were first utilized. The first alarm sounded in the back hallway Shawn jumped over the nurses´s station counter with ease, raced down the hall at his lightning speed and prevented an elderly patient from falling. He was kind, caring and a tough act to follow as a nurse. Too bad they discouraged his kind of rapid response

I had had spinal surgery and was going to Meyer Y to walk on the walking track and work out on machines in the fitness center. Shawn was always so attentive and helpful to me. After he left the Y, I would run into him at the library and other places. He always greeted me with the smile and was so glad to see me. I am so glad that God had our paths cross.

You have my deepest sympathy. I met Shawn kind of by accident, through a friend, helping to repair a house. After meeting him, I immediately thought of his father Jackie, who knows me from wrestling in high school. My condolences to you and family. It is hard to lose a son. Your son was a great tribute to you my friend . I very much enjoyed the time I had with him, as he reminded me so much of you. God bless.
