Not sure what to say?

A sad sad day when I heard Shawna had passed away. The shock and sadness of losing such a beautiful, happy, strong woman resignated throughout all us highschool old timers on facebook. Condolences to the family!

I am so very sorry for your loss. I hadn't been in touch with Shawna for many years but have many fond memories of her from our Hoy Creek days. She was a very good friend as was your whole family. My thoughts are with you all.. xo

Know that you were loved!

Shawna inspired me to be a better person. She was an amazing woman, beautiful, caring and so funny. I am a honored to have had the time we did. High school reunions will not be the same. I will miss you, my beautiful, shiny friend.

A bright light has just gone out in our neighborhood. Shawna's smile always shone so brightly. We will truly miss Shawna. My sincere condolences to her family.

I want to express my deep condolences to Shawna's family. It was a pleasure and an honour to work with her on both sides of the radio. She was a very positive and kind person. She will be missed.

My deepest sympathies to Shawna's family. Shawna's voice on dispatch and laughter in the radio room will always remain amongst my fondest memories of Richmond detachment. You will be missed friend.

My condolences to the Lawrence family. I worked with Shawna in Richmond and I still miss her smile and laugher.
