Shay was born on January 31, 1969 and passed away on Friday, December 15, 2017. Shay was a resident of Paragould, Arkansas at the time of passing. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Phillip Keeling officiating. Burial will follow the services at Brownie Cemetery in Peach Orchard, AR. Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2017 from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
