Not sure what to say?

What a true legend in the Fitness Industry passed! I still think about Sheila and The Cluffs to this day! Amazing people...

I'll always remember Sheila as she was so inspirational. I was lucky to be an intern at The Palms in the late 80s when Barbara Nos was the GM. I used to lead the morning walks and I even got certified through IDEA, all thanks to Sheila. I remember Ralph, her chauffeur, and working with Jeanne Hatfield (yes, the SIL of Bobby). So many wonderful memories at The Palms - truly one of the best experiences of my life! May you RIP, Sheila.

Just saw this ! But wanted you to know I had the great fortune of knowing Sheila, receiving her encouragement , working out with her and hearing about her family she loves..I got to be a guest teacher at the Oaks for 20 years or more after my mom went to the Oaks and introduced me to Sheila! Sheila added immensely to my life experiences. The Oaks was a second home for me and my husband and family joined me thru life! She will be greatly missed but her legacy strongly remembered! Her family...

I knew Sheila in Hollywood and did many television shows with her. She was always positive, supportive and smiling. Truly an inspiration, she was a woman's advocate and a wonderful person. I will miss her.

Thank you Sheila for the great memories pair skating on ice with you, and for your contributions to so many fans and individuals who benefited from your love and leadership. You and your family will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers! Peace, Victor (AKA the other Claus)

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Oh My God! I am so sorry to hear of Shelia’s passing. She was kind and remarkable! The last time I was at the Oaks was probably 2018. I was diagnosed with cancer and so grateful that I could walk with Sheila. I had been going to the Oaks since 1980 and attribute a great deal of my mental health and physical health to Sheila and Don for their commitment to well being. Thank you to the Cluff family times 10. Love, Gina Giambra

So sorry to hear of your passing. You are still an inspiration to all who watched you on the AM T V then at the Oaks in Ojai. Our deep sorrow and condolences to Don and Family. God Bless.

I just learned of Sheila’s death. I enjoyed countless stays at the Oaks, and she was always an amazing inspiration for all of us and provided a true sanctuary. I want to extend my deepest condolences to the entire family and also want to thank you all for so many of my happiest memories.
