I was a friend of the Bayley family and in school with Franny at NorthCentral and WSU. Sheila was younger and a good friend of my brother, George. She always seemed to have a smile on her face and had a great sense of humor. She was loved by all of us who knew her and just made the world a better place. Although I haven't seen her for years, her friend, Billye, always kept me informed on how she was doing. Sheila will be missed.
