I met Shelia through Julia Taylor about 18 years ago. All I ever heard about Shelia was she worked at Weed, she could cook, and she made the best salsa ever! She and Julia would banter back and forth for the recipe for the salsa. Shelia would never budge on giving it out, but she would always have a batch to give Julie when we saw her.
