Sheila Garcia

I now realize this is late, but Mike if you read this, I know your mom loved you & was very proud of your accomplishments. I worked next to Sheila for 10 years at the old hospital & we often prayed together. I always told her she was a light in a dark world! We stayed friends. I visited her on her birthday last year & noticed her being more frail & said call me if she ever needed anything. She was so special.

I met Sheila approximately 14 years ago at a Women´s Bible Study. It was truly a divine connection from that day on. We had so many things in common - most of all, our love for the Lord. She was truly an inspiration to me and such a dear friend. While I will miss her here, I am so thankful that she is now in the presence of her Lord

Sheila and I go way back. We lived at either end from each other on Lucinda Lane. Summer mornings, we would greet each other with a hug after running towards each other from our front yards. Lots of bike rides to Oak Park, exploring the creek. Many wonderful memories with all the neighborhood children, Sheila being my BFF.
