Sheila was a trailblazer and exceptional leader. She was a mentor and friend, and I use what she has taught me in children's systems of care and behavioral health every day. I will miss her intellect, her humor, and her extensive knowledge of people and resources. I wish her family comfort and peace. May her memory be for a blessing and may we all go on to honor and fulfill her legacy.

I´m so thankful to have met Shiela at several beautiful events. My sincerest condolences to all her family and friends, and especially to her children and grandchildren. Shiela´s life left an amazing legacy and you can all feel very proud of the woman you all loved.
