Shelby will be deeply missed by so many. I can remember from the time that we were in Elementary School throughout our years in High School, Shelby always had a smile and a hug for everyone. She was such a sweet person and I'm so happy I had the privilege of growing up with her and knowing her. She has been such an inspiration to so many.
